If you paid by bank transfer or PayNow, please allow us some time to verify your payment manually.
If you paid by card or Stripe, your payment may be confirmed automatically, but we will still send you the next-step email once your order is ready for details submission.
Please do not submit your birth details yet.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will email you your Order Number and a secure link to submit your reading details.
