• Completed readings, delivered digital readings, and completed consultations are generally non-refundable
• Once work has started on a personalised reading, any refund is at our discretion unless otherwise required by law
• If you need to reschedule a live session, please contact us as early as possible
• We may allow rescheduling on a case-by-case basis, subject to notice, availability, and fairness
• If we are unable to provide a confirmed paid service for reasons within our control, we may offer a reschedule, credit, or refund as appropriate

10. No guarantees or promised outcomes

We aim to provide thoughtful, sincere, and useful insight. However, our services involve interpretation and reflection, and we do not guarantee:

• That any reading will be fully accurate in every respect
• That a particular life, relationship, health, business, or career outcome will occur
• That our services will resolve a personal issue or confirm a specific decision

You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.

11. Health, crisis, and urgent matters
